PureLink™Pro 96 Viral RNA⁄DNA Purification Kit is a purification kit from 200 µL of A 96-well silica gel plate system for extracting viral RNA and DNA from cell fluids. This system uses a low-depth 96-well centrifuge basket, which is simple and easy to use without losing sensitivity. These kits offer the following features:
• Versatility - just one kit to process all your samples, with protocols optimized for viral RNA and DNA extraction

PureLink™Pro 96 Viral RNA⁄DNA Purification The kit is based on traditional silica gel plate extraction chemical reagents. Cell-free samples are dissolved in reconstituted guanidine-containing buffer to increase recovery and sensitivity of purified nucleic acids, while carrier RNA is used to protect samples from RNase degradation. Binding of lysates to viral filter plates can be performed using a vacuum manifold or centrifugation using a 96-well plate rotor (basket depth only 5 cm). After washing with ethanol buffer, viral RNA or DNA is eluted in 100 µL of RNase-free water. RNA or DNA can be used directly in one- or two-step RT-PCR as well as qRT-PCR, qPCR or other enzymatic amplification procedures.

PureLink™Pro 96 Viral RNA⁄DNA Purification Kit Shows Excellent Well-to-Well Consistency
A key requirement for any 96-well plate purification system is well-to-well consistency Have consistency. Improved Plate Design
PureLink™Pro Viral RNA⁄DNA Purification Kit offers an optimized skirted 96-well plate (Figure 4) for improved performance and results. In addition, the plate nozzle containing an annular collar prevents sample cross-contamination and improves drying of the silica membrane, thereby preventing ethanol residue. Alternatively, samples can be processed manually using a benchtop vacuum manifold, via centrifugation (at 2250 xg) or via an automated liquid handling platform. The semi-skirted panel design is compatible with most vacuum manifolds on automated workstations.
